Dolca Creative builds business websites, online shops and internal tools. We are based in Arad, Romania, and also work remotely.

Registru BEJ
Web app, used daily by the client
Tracks registered mail for a bailiff's office in Romania: intake, hand-over to the driver, returns and archive. Each user has their own role, and envelopes can be searched by code or by office.

Our own app, in testing
Invoices, expenses, estimated tax and filing deadlines for a Romanian sole trader, on one screen. For now we use it for our own bookkeeping.

How we work
A typical project goes through four stages.

First call
You tell us what you want to solve. It takes about 20 minutes, by phone or online, and it is free.

Quote
You get a written scope, price, deadline and the number of revision rounds included.

Design and build
You approve the design before we start coding, then review a test version before launch.

Launch
We publish the project and hand over access to the domain, hosting and source code.
Frequently asked questions
How long does a business website take?
Usually 2 to 4 weeks. The biggest factor is how quickly we receive the texts and photos. For apps we set the deadline once we agree on what the app needs to do.
How does payment work?
A deposit when the contract is signed and the rest on delivery. The amounts are in the quote, and every payment gets an invoice.
Who owns the website after launch?
You do. The domain and hosting are in your company's name, and we hand over the source code at the end. There is no mandatory subscription with us.
Can I edit the texts and photos myself?
Yes, if the project includes an admin panel. Otherwise you send us the changes and we make them, at a price agreed in advance.
What if something breaks after launch?
We fix bugs in what we delivered for free during the warranty period set in the contract. New features are quoted separately.
