2. Privacy policy (GDPR)
We process personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR") and applicable Romanian law (Law no. 190/2018).
What data we process
- Data you send us voluntarily through the contact form, by email or by phone: your name, your business name, the type of project you want, your estimated budget, the project description and the contact details you give us.
- Minimal technical data: this is a static website and it collects no analytics. Our hosting provider may record the IP address and technical request data in standard server logs, under its own policy.
Purpose and legal basis
- Responding to your enquiry and preparing a quote, under art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract);
- Subsequent correspondence and keeping a record of it, under art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).
Recipients
We do not sell or rent your data. It may be accessible to our website hosting provider and our email provider, acting as processors. Project previews embedded in the site (for example the portfolio websites) load directly from those projects' own servers, so your browser sends them your IP address, exactly as when visiting any website.
How long we keep it
We keep correspondence for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was sent for and for any legal obligations, then we delete it.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, as well as the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing. To exercise these rights, call +40 735 896 405 or use the contact form.
If you believe the processing breaches the law, you can lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP): dataprotection.ro. If you are in the EU, you may also complain to your local supervisory authority.

Prices are indicative
The figures shown by the price configurator are rough estimates and do not constitute a binding offer. The final quote is agreed in writing after the first call, and only that quote has contractual effect.
Intellectual property
The content of this site (text, graphics, code) belongs to Dolca Creative, except for the client trademarks, names and projects shown in the portfolio, which belong to their owners. Reproduction without written consent is prohibited.
Limitation of liability
The information on this site is provided for information purposes. We do not guarantee that the site is available uninterrupted or free of errors, and we are not liable for damages resulting from the use of the information shown, to the extent permitted by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes are settled amicably or, failing agreement, by the competent courts in Romania.
5. Dispute resolution
If you are unhappy with our services, please call us first on +40 735 896 405. We always try to resolve things amicably and quickly.
Consumers may contact the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC), anpc.ro, or the alternative dispute resolution (SAL) body within ANPC: anpc.ro/ce-este-sal.
Note: the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform was shut down in July 2025 by decision of the European Commission, which is why it is no longer listed here.
Disputes that cannot be settled amicably fall under the jurisdiction of the Romanian courts.
